NAEA's New ePortfolio Site
Digication is a new concept in educational software that is easy to master and simple to use. It has all the connectivity, file sharing, and online publishing tools teachers and students want. Designed by educators to serve the core needs of teachers and students, Digication opens the lines of communication by combining elements of e-Portfolios and learning networks. This software allows users to create a community that can learn and grow both inside and outside the classroom. For more information, visit http://naea.digication.com.
National Board for Professional Teaching Standards
The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards improves teaching and student learning by offering National Board Certification. Like board-certified doctors and accountants, teachers who achieve National Board Certification have met rigorous standards through intensive study, expert evaluation, self-assessment, and peer review. NBPTS offers 25 certificates that cover a variety of subject areas and student developmental levels. For more information on National Board Certification, visit: http://www.nbpts.org/.
